Booking the Hut
The hut is owned by the Glasgow Section of the JMCS and is available for hire by Mountaineering Scotland and BMC affiliated Clubs.
The hut fees are £15.00 per person per night with a minimum booking of 2 places and a stay of 2 nights. If there are more than 9 people in the party and you fully book the hut then a day charge of £1.00 is made for those camping but using the hut facilities. A maximum of 6 additional camping spaces is recommended. When requesting a booking, please email, stating all dates and other details clearly and a booking form will be sent to you. To secure your booking, full payment must be made when you return the booking form.

- 3 months to 1 months notice – 50% refund
- Less than 1 months notice – No refund
Please note that no keys for general bookings are held locally on Skye. If you are interested in staying at the hut, please contact us well in advance to make a booking. The hut bookings are managed on a voluntary basis, response times can vary depending on other commitments. The key will be sent out in the post prior to your trip. Note that it may take up to five working days for you to receive the keys in the post.
